What Causes Lumps And Pain In Breast And Upper Right Back?

Hi there.I found a few lumps in my breasts and went in to the one stop breast clinic for tests. Had an ultrasound on the sections the nurse felt the lumps and was told it is just breast tissue clumping together. Over the past couple of days I have felt the pain in my right breast get worse and feel a sharp pain in my upper right back and my breast has constantly been numb. What could this be? What should I do? Thank you so much

I really appreciate your concern, better to get done the mammogram and biopsy and it need to be done with radiologist and pathologist to get the authentic reports, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
