What Causes Lump On The Labia Minora?

I have what is a lump that feels like a cyst in my labia majora The gland in the right side of my groin area is a bit swollen I have have something like this before and when I squeezed it behave like a pimple and went away I tried to squeeze this one but it has become enlarged I shave and wax and the lump doesn t hurt. I have no other symptoms in the form of discharge or smell

Firstly please do not squeeze out like that.if it's of any infective origin,it may spread along.In your case seems like it may be a sebaceous glands swelling which requires medication and removal under doctor guidance .
