What Causes Lump On Back Of The Neck With Headache?

hi, for the past few years i have noticed a lump on the back of my neck just below my hairline, in the middle. It is quite large. The last couple of months it has been hurting alot all the time everytime i move my neck in fact, it is now causing me headaches almost every 2nd 3rd day. Can you please specify what it might be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma Or you may have some skin adenexal tumour or soft tissue tumour like lipoma or neurofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly
