What Causes Lump In The Skin After A Dog Bite?

I was bit by a dog, not hard at all, but it is noticable. It did not break the skin, but bruised quite a bit. Its been about a week or two, and on two of the scratches from its tooth there is a hard lump, almost like a cyst feeling. you can see it but you can feel it. It does not hurt unless i apply a great amount of pressure to it. What does this mean? Should I go to my primary doctor?

Yes, I suggest you to be examined by your doctor. If it is not painful, it can be a hematoma. Hematoma resolves slowly over a period of few weeks. Other possibility is an I infected hematoma or an abcess. Considering the fact that it is not tender, less likely to be an infection at this point.
