What Causes Lump At The Vaginal Opening?

Hi, this is so embarrassing. I m 18, I ve been sexually active for about a year. I ve been with one guy and nobody else, so thus I know I don t have a sexually transmitted disease. I am also 100% sure he hasn t cheated, and I m not being niave. There s a lump underneath my vaginal opening, it hurts to press and when his dick enters me. Attatached to this there s a hard painful little bit. There are a few spots on the skin around but they re shaving pimples I presume as I shave all over. I feel or looks disgusting down there and I don t know what to do. Thanks!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the description posted by you, it appears that you have contacted with 'bartholean cyst' which has become infected.
It needs to be examined and treated with antibiotics band analgesics. In the mean time, keep the area under good hygeine by using V-wash.
Kindly visit Gynecologist in this regard for appropriate management.
All the best.
