What Causes Lump Above Nipple And Clear Discharge From Nipple?
My 26 year old son has a lump above his nipple and has bad some clear drainage in the nipple - the hospital did a sonogram and said it was inflamation . It is not painful and it is the daze of a golf ball . If its inflamation shouldn t he have a fever or the area be red and tender ?

you are right inflammation generally present as red swollen tender and may be associated with fever
This could be a fibroadenoma or paget's disease and very rarely a breast cancer
as such all these conditions are very rare in males so it needs to be evaluated in details
in my opinion you should consult a general surgeon for examination and investigations
