What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain?

Hello I am experiencing a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen, near the pelvic bone. I feel sick after every meal I eat, whether it s big or small. I am also experiencing spotting and urination that burns. I have also had immense cravings, and as a result weight gain. I had an IUD placed in about 6 months ago, but I do not think it is the cause of my pain, as these symptoms only arose about a month ago.
