What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain While Coughing?

Hello I am a 29 year old male that is experiencing a sharp pain I can relate to having a single hair pulled out. This pain is not a constant, and only noticeable when coughing. I noticed the pain 3 days ago but hoping it was just a muscle thing I thought nothing more about it. I do not take any prescription drugs or recreational drugs but I do smoke marijuana. Coughing from it is when I noticed the pain occurs from coughing. The pain is in my lower abdomen left hand side lower abdomen area. I appreciate any feedback to this. I have no insurance no credit or debit cards to pay for consultation or I would not be online.

* This seems more of intestinal colic or referred pain of ureter stone likely .
* Needs ultrasound examination for the perfect diagnosis and further
