What Causes Lower Backache And Tingling Sensation In The Feet While Suffering From Influenza?

Hi, I was diagnosed with influenza this past Sunday. I haven't had a fever since Monday but I have a constant pain/ache in lower back, down both legs into calves...it only goes away with ibuprophen and is debilitating otherwise. Feet are tingley and hurt too.

Hi,

These are common symptoms that can happen after an episode of fever. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself in couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
