What Causes Lower Back Pain, chronic Diarrhea And Vomiting?

Hello,I have been experiencing lower back discomfort for about a week and half. I have strained my back before but this is different, almost like a kidney infection. I thought I had probably been working too hard until my bowel movements have changed. I usually am regular with firm bowel movements but for the last 5 days I have almost experienced diarrhea, except I just go once a day. Today however, it was painful and I almost felt like I would throw up. I thought I might have a virus but I have felt fine except extreme fatigue. I came home and took a nap and was OK. My diet hasn t changed. Should I see a doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea are self limiting looking to given history and symptom it seems that such diarrhea could be nonspecific, may not need any treatment and if this long last then you can see the doctor hope this information helps.
