What Causes Lower Back Pain During Menstruation?
I m having lower right back pain, I m on my period, ever since I started my period and inserted a tampon and took it out cuz it hurt and put another one in I ve been having what feels like a cramp but its been going on for three hours now. I m wondering if I should be concerned and go get checked out?

In my opinion I don't think you have to worry. It is common with pregnancy. I suggest some hot fomentations and topical gels and muscle relaxants will be helpful for now if not you may ask your gynecologist about it.
