What Causes Lower Back Pain Associated With Frequent Urination?
My Father is currently having very painful lower back pains and says that he feels the urge to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes, has nausea, and dizziness. The doctors are closed until Monday and he says that the pain from 1being the least pain - 10 being the worst pain, he says its an 8. What could it be?

In my opinion , your father has ureteric colic(probably due to renal /ureteric stones) . I suggest pain killers and urgent visit to emergency of a nearby hospital. He might require injections and admission.
