What Causes Lower Back Pain And Passing Cloudy Urine?

I have just recently been experiencing pain in my lower back (right side). It only hurts when I walk. I have been using the bathroom a lot, but in large quantities... I also have cloudy urine that smells very strong and foul. I have had kidney infections in the past, but I tend to get UTIs a lot. I I have been having some trouble with my periods also. I have skipped 3 months and when I finally started, it didn t last a full cycle. Any suggestions on what this could possibly be??

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Based upon your symptoms you are having reccurent urinary tract infections which means we need to do some tests first to rule out the possible causes.
Following are the investigations:
1. Ultrasound KUB. To Know the size of the kidneys
2. Micurating cystourethrogram
3. DTPA scan to know the function of the kidneys

After seeing the reports a nephrologist can decide about the exact cause and treatment for reccurent UTI.
