What Causes Lower Back Pain And Fever?

Hi, I have just started taking Duromine and am not feeling so great. I have a fever and sweating and feel very constricted I guess, my clothes and shoes feel really tight on my body. I also have really bad pain in my lower back on the right side, think it might be my kidney? What should I do?
