Occupational Therapist 's  Response
I am guessing you are saying that you have been lifting a heavy bag for college. Looks like the muscles in the front of your body and back are imbalanced. You may want to meet a Physiotherapist / Occupational therapist to figure out which muscles are tight so that they can be stretched and which are lengthened(weak) so that they can be strengthened. Since you're 19 you'll recover faster. Stay away from taking pain meds which will just mask the issue and not solve it.
