What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Frequent Urge To Urinate?

Sudden lower right back pain, dull and constant, trouble urinating completely, constant feeling to go urinate, pain reduces when you stand up but hasn t gone away. This has been going on for about an hour and a half. As I m typing, I m noticing that the pain has subsiding but not completely gone. I had dinner at home and drank an adult rootbeer before is occurred, and I ve had a glass of water while trying to relax.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the alcohol stimulation. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Spasmex three times a day to relieve the symptoms. If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do a urine test and abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
