What Causes Lower Back Pain After Lifted Heavy Weight?

Hi, I am 73 kgs, 5 7 and 23 years old. I have been going to the gym for one month now, I think I lifted a heavy weight yesterday and my lower back is aching. I suspect that it is a muscle pull, but am not quite sure. Can you tell me what it might be and what I can do to treat it?

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm or slip disc.

So take painkiller and muscle relaxant gel for local application .

Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight.

If not better in 3 days then go for MRI of lower back.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
