What Causes Lower Abdominal Soreness, Dizziness And Heart Palpitations?

I did spin class today like normal. However heart started to skip beats (palpitations) during exercise, felt dizzy and had to put head down and slow down. Have felt very tired all day since then. Lower abdomen sore, still dizzy, small urine output, feel unwell. Drank 2 bottles of water and had protein drink .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. You were at spinning class and you became light headed and had palpitations. This sounds like you were dehydrated. Dehydration can cause low blood pressure and irregular heart beats. I would highly recommend rehydrating to day and maintain good hydrate prior to your spinning class. If this happens again then I recommend you see your medical provider and do additional testing
