What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Loss Of Appetite?

For the last two months, I have had salty bitter taste in my mouth. As a result, I can t enjoy my food, I lost my appetite, and am feeling pain beneath the kindnesses. I already had a CAT scan for the head in case it is from strokes. I had kidney ultrasound and heart ultrasound. All turned out negative. So I am wondering if it is bacteria in the stomach, or problems with the gallbladder, or ever hernia that may be the cause

* Most possible cause is intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus.

* Need basic work up with lab test and precise management.
