I have pain in my lower abdomen that only happens when I walk. I can bend my body in any direction, lift my legs front, back, side in any direction and no pain however as soon as a take a step it hurts bad. I have had this pain for about three days, I tried pain medication and it doesn t help.

Your symptoms suggest weakness in pubic symphysis. It can in pregnancyhormonal changes, weakness of pelvic ligaments, low vitamin D and calcium levels, trauma to the area. Physical examination / X-ray would confirm it. Please consult a surgeon for specific advise.
