What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?

I am having a lot of sharp pain low abdomen/pelvic area with mild pain radiating around to my back recently. I have been peeing a lot and it hurts more till I do. I also have had a change in bowels, where I have gone, but don t feel like I ve gone enough.....and it is painful to move bowels too....I have not had nausea, but don t feel like eating. I also can feel gas bubbles rumbling around in there and that makes it more painful so that I can feel pain stabbing up thru my vaginal area and cant hardly stand to move until it passes or moves around in there. what do you think?
