What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination, Headaches And Vomiting?

Hi My name is Mari, i am feeling lower abdominal pain,frequent urination,headaches,Vomiting since 2-3 days. I have checked for pregnancy it is negative. Doctor has provided medications for Urinary tract infection - NIFTRAN 100 mg ( 1-0-1) and Panto D 1-0-0. My question is related to Panto D can this be used as SOS when i feel like vomiting ?

Hi dear,
Your symptoms are clearly suggestive of UTI and kindly continue antibiotics along with plenty of oral fluids.
Regarding pantopD, it is a combination of antiemetic and acid lowering agent. So for pure nausea, associated with gastric upset, you can use this once daily.
But avoid when nausea is not associated with gastric upset or taking drugs causing gastritis.
