General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain you describe may or may not be caused by sexual arousal.Lower abdominal pain with vaginal fluid discharges may be caused by a pelvic inflammatory disease or STI.I will suggest she sees the Gynecologist for examination and tests.Tests that may help identify the cause of her problem may include: vaginal swap smear tests, chlamydia test and other STI work-ups if need be.
Her treatment will depend on underlying cause. In the meantime, i will advise good genital hygiene and a pain/anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen if pain intense.
Hope this will help
Best regards
