What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Bowel Movements?

I have been having lower abdominal pain when having bowel movements. It s always in the same exact place and feels like something in my intestines is being irritated as the feces is passing through. However, now I am having similar pain every time I urinate which doesn t make sense. What could this be?
