What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Round Lump Like Feeling Near Vagina?

I think I have a prolapsed uterus or something. At the bottom of my vagina I can see a round ball. I have no pain. It goes up in my vagina when I lay down. 2 weeks ago I think I strained myself at the gym. Had pains in lower stomach, but is now gone. Having problems with bowel movements and urinating. What to do? Have a GYN appt on the 17th.
