What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

hello , i ve been having a lower abdominal pain ,i can t even handle wearing pants unless it s very loose. i m having mucus and yellow stools , i ve been checked for hernia and came out negative . got an MRI scan 3 times and they said everything is normal , did a colonoscopy and endoscpoy and they said everything is normal too. this pain is very sharp it goes away sometimes but it s there everyday , i have a loss of appetite too.i feel tired all the time. i would appreciate your help thnk you

Hello,

As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this-

1) Do a clinical examination by your family doctor and to confirm do microscopic stool examinations.

2) Discuss with your doctor about prescription medication like [Metronidazole/ Tinidazole]

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -

1) Wash hands thoroughly with soap and hot running water for at least 10 seconds after using the toilet or before handling food.

2) Try to clean bathrooms and toilets often, pay particular attention to toilet seats and taps.

3) Avoid sharing towels or face washers.

4) Try to avoid raw vegetables

5) Boil water or treat with iodine tablets.

6) Avoid eating street foods especially in public places where others are sharing sauces in one container
