What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Gastritis?
I have had a sharp pain in my lower left rear of my abdomen for 2 weeks that becomes sharp when I start to get up from a chair and gets better if I lay down. Have also had a lot of gas. Feels a little like a kidney stone that I have had in the past but is continuing and not getting better.

You mentioned you had kidney stone.
I think your this pain is a recuurent pain for kidney stone.
Consult with an physician , to investigate the size of stone and if you are female to exclude other gyenaecological problem.
