What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps And Pinkish Vaginal Bleeding Post Unprotected Sex?
My periods are irregular. However from April 17th to 26th 2015 my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex. I ve been having lower abdomen cramping and slight pinkish bleeding. Just today, April 28 2015 i started having heartburn and slight nausea. Could i be pregnant?

Heart burn and nausea are not suggestive of pregnancy. I suggest you to get urine pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy. Onset of periods rule out chances of conception.
