What Causes Low Pulse Nausea And Weakness?

Hi. Just curious. I have had several times where I get nausea and very tired/weak at odd times during a day. When this happens, I have taken my pulse and it s been low 50 s. I also get some discomfort in my chest. I m not a runner or anything, so should I be concerned?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Yes, you should definitely consult cardiologist and get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo
3. Stress test
4. Holter monitoring (24 hours recording of ECG).
There is high possibility of heart block (conduction block) in your case.
Your symptoms like low pulse (in 50s), nausea and weakness , all ate seen in heart block.
So first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
You may require pacing too. So discuss all these with cardiologist.
