What Causes Low Libido While Having Hydrocele?

Have had a hydrocele condition now on and off for about 2 years. Not comfortable with surgery option right now, I never had issues with full erections until I had this issue. Is the on and off swelling a cause or is it more overthinking? It seems I m better after aspirations, but when the condition returns now 4 times, my ability to be sexual is less!
