What Causes Low Diastolic Blood Pressure Levels?

I am on Lisinopril 20 mg once a day, Lovastatin 20mg 2 tablets once a day. My doctor just recently put me in Metoprolol tartrate 25 mg 2 times a day, and I am thinking that my diastolic blood pressure that reads 108/51 that the 51 is low. What do you think is causing this? Does my doctor have me on too much medication? My heart rate is 77. Thanks for your help!
