What Causes Low Body Temprature And Nausea When Suffering From Diabetes?

I am a type 2 diabetic and today in particular i have had an unusually low temp and waves of nausea as well as woke up in middle of night with reflux.Putting several layers on then warming up and throwing them off only to do those cycles all day. Temp ran in 96.5 area most of day.Seems slightly better tonight. Sugar not bad but not eating much.Should I be real concerned or give it a day or 2? Past history of breast cancer too.Thanks.

A Female pateint with Diabetis has increase tendency of Urinary Tract Infection.
so,the symptoms of nausea and fever may be the initial presentation of uti.
u need following investigations.
FBC
Urine R/E.
RBS
FBS
u need a good glycemic control also.
another condition associated with Diabetes is Diabetic enteric neuropathy..
So for this,u can take Tab Domperidone 2tabs 3 times a day..
and for fever u can take Tab Panadol 1tab 3 times a day
.
