What Causes Low Blood Pressure Along With Fatigue And Dehydration?

Hi, I several times have gotten very weak, feel dehydrated no matter how much water I drink, my blood pressure sometimes bottoms out to as low as 88/56. If I drink some Power Aide it helps. Do you have other suggestions or know what this could mean? I am 65 years of age.
