Hello ma'am and welcome.

One of the most worrying causes of low amniotic fluid is poor development of the fetus, but as your doctor has been thorough and ruled this out it is good news. Let me list other common causes for such a presentation, so you can take them up with your doctor and rule them out to make sure all is well:
-Conditions like hypertension, pre-eclampsia, diabetes, etc.
-Placental abnormalities
-Ruptured membrane

If all these are found to be normal, then your doctor must be right about there not being any reduction in amniotic fluid.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
