Hi welcome to HCM.
The low blood pressure in your case is due to optimum usage of the antihypertensive drugs.I advise you to start on a low dose with regular monitoring of blood pressure twice weekly. The dose has to escalated upwards until the threshold values are attained.Maintain blood pressure around 130/80 mm of hg.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 litres of water a day.Semiannual screening 2 dimensional echo is needed to monitor heart function of regular basis.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
