What Causes Low BP And Dizziness After A Bilateral Mastectomy?

4 weeks post op from bi lateral mastectomy with the removal of 9 lymph nodes. All pathology was clear after surgery. I underwent 5 months of chemo prior to surgery. My normal bp is 120/70 average. For the past week it has been on average 94/56 and today as low as 80/54. I am seeing a Cardiologist tomorrow as per my MD. I am dizzy with frequent headaches and my speech is slurred during conversation. A cat scan at my cancer center on Weds came back clear and 3 hours of IV hydration did nothing so I am not dehydrated. I also have a large Seroma under my right re constructed breast that has been drained once and needs to be again. My upper abdomen is also very swollen since surgery
