I am a male 74 years old with no previous heart problems, I have noticed a drop in blood pressure,120/60 neighborhood we, about 10 -15 points lower than I usually have, over last 48 hours accompanied by some lightheadedness,a little weakness but not serious weakness, I do have a lot of sinus problems and have experienced some vertigo in last few months but these seem to be gone. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood pressure 10 to 15 mm Hg lower than normal is supposed not to be a problem. It is supposed not to give lightheadness or dizziness. It may happen that BP value of 50 mm Hg may be the cause of your symptoms.

Probably taking new antihypertensive drugs or increasing dosage can make this happen. Try to keep yourself hydrated drinking lots of water and fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
