General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You might be having nodules on the vocal cords. Consult an ENT specialist who specialised in speech disorders.

In most cases, the speech will return with speech therapy and conservative measures.

In rare cases, surgical correction might be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
