Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

You seem to be suffering from upper and lower respiratory tract infection. You need to steam inhalation, drink plenty of warm water and try taking mucolytic such as bromhexine or ambroxol. Avoid speaking, coffee/chilled food & beverages and smoking if any.

Regards
