I am trying to find some answers for a friend, any differential diagnosis would be extremely helpful. Symptoms include the following, optic seizures ( bright lights, loss of vision, head aches and dysphasia) nausea, red itchy skin rash with open sores/ lesions started on extremities and have moved to include the core, back, chest, neck and face, urinary problems, testing has found an increased production of CSF, and found to be negative for meningitis, lyme disease, valley fever, Cryptococcus, west nile virus, and many others, EEG was unremarkable MRI and CT scan were negative of any findings . Pt has also been found to have hypertension, and constipation. any ideas? and thank you for you help.
