What Causes Loss Of Memory And Disorientation In A Hypertensive And Diabetic Person?

Yes please my husbnd is a 59 years old who has been experiencing a lot of forgetting and dillusion, he seems disoriented and just not sure of anything or understanding what he does. He has forgot several time to pick the baby up from school and then ask where he is. He on a lot of medicine for HB pressure, reflux, and diabeties which he does not take. What do you think is going on. I will put a call in to his doctor as well

I think he needs a visit to a neurologist and an MRI. I think he may be having neuro degenerative disease but it can't be said without a better evaluation and MRI.
