What Causes Loss Of Consciousness And Fatigue During Work Out?

I am 69 yrs of age. All my tests (A1C, BP, Cholestrol, Chest X-ray) were at good levels. I almost fainted during exercise (not the first time) and have been feeling weak and tired but no chest pain. My doctor did an EKG that revealed a left bundle branch block. I was referred to a Cardiologist and he also did an EKG, same results, blood tests and a stress test which showed the lbbb and regurgitation of blood in the right side. I then had a catherization, and showed NO BLOCKAGES. Could someone explain this.
