What Causes Loss Of Balance And Motor Skills In Children?

8 weeks ago my daughter started having symptoms such as diminished balance (when walking not when standing ie 1 foot), diminished fine motor skills (writing pen and typing laptop) and slightly slurred speech. She had a full blood work up and on May 25th she had an MRI (without contrast). According to her test results she is in perfect health. According to her condition, she is still experiencing the same degrees of symptoms. They have neither worsened nor improved. Have you ever heard of this and what could it be? Could the test results have missed something important?
