What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Vomiting Feeling And Diarrhoea?
hi for the past couple of days i have lost my appatite completely. I always feel like I am about to vomit whenever I smell food and today I have diaherra. When I first started feeling this way it felt like there were knots in my stomach and it was painful only when touched. I am also having severe headaches. Nothing will stop the headaches.it takes around an hour in a half for them to go away. can you give me a clue as to what is going on with me?
