What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Soreness In The Bones While Having Emphysema?

Hi I have emphysema ,but I think it is still early stages.I am always tired and bones are always sore now and I m losing my appetite.I m just wondering if having aching bones are part and parcel of emphysema.. I am working as a healthcare assistant for the elderly and I m getting more tired an exhausted as time progresses plus the aching bones seem to be getting worse, where my 2 or 3 days I use to recover by sleeping or doing nothing so that the aches are manageable to get through my 4 night shifts..
