What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Periorbital Dark Circles While Having Lyme S Disease?
I am a 44 yr old female who has chronic Lyme, but for the most part it is well managed. I have been having severe dizziness recently and headaches and fatigue and right arm numbness. I am in very good shape, but have noticed my appetite has decreased I am starting to have dark circles under my eyes. I am starting to wonder if there is something going on besides lyme, even though i know many of these symptoms are part of lyme.
hello.......the symptoms you have described come under the late disseminated infection which is basically chronically inadequately treated lyme disease. I suggest you that even if you are in a good health make a visit to nearest doctor of infectious disease. There is a high chance that if you undergo serological tests your antibodies will come out to be positive suggesting you are fit. I suggest you to take PCR test to find out the presence of organism to confirm that even if you look normal you might be inadequately treated. If the result comes out to be positive for PCR test then take the required antibiotics as suggested. thnku
