What Causes Loss Of Appetite Along With Fatigue And Stomach Emptiness?

I have been having stomach issues. Loss of appetite, feeling sick, fatigue, empty stomach feeling. It really bothers me in the morning. Like today I haven t been able to eat I was able to eat a small bowl of noodles but couldn t eat much of them? I need to know what s going on?

The symptoms are suggestive of some sort of viral infection for which you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or ampoxin after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or nimeson-p for body-ache and fatigue. Take rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for emptiness along with some multivitamin and protein powder for loss of appetite and weakness.
