What Causes Loose Stools With Vomiting?
Ive been throwing up and having bowel movements all day yesterday. I couldn't keep n e food or liquid down without throwing it up not even water, 2day my stool is loose and a darkish black color even tho I.haven't eaten anything just drank water, what do u think is causing this? Should I go seek medical help?
