What Causes Loose Stool With Mucus Particles When Diagnosed With Diverticulosis?
I ve been having loose stools that are much narrower than usual with mucus particles for about 5 days. I m having abd. cramps especially after drinking coffee. Color of stool was darker than usual at first but seem to be normal color now. I do have a diagnosis of severe diverticulosis but have not had this happen before.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the diverticulosis then it could be surgical condition and stool consistency could be due this unless it is being proved something else blood lost need to be taken under consideration, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
