What Causes Loose Stool And Vomiting In Infants?

hi, my son is 22 months old, he started vomiting before 3 days ago and then started loose motions.. giving him medicine which doc suggested but still no improvement and more over his stomach is swelling up like balloon sometimes and then he vomits or passes stool..what would be the problem

Hi thank you for querry,
As you mentioned your symptoms if a child came to me with such symptoms because its acute history i will go for following supportive medication along with some feeding suggestions.
Syp Zincat 1TSF PO once per day for 14 days.
ORS,
syp.domperidone 4ml thrice per day before food.
Rice,banana and youghurt to eat.
always proper clean the feeding bottle and change the nipple regularly because if ots pore become wide it cause flautance and gastric problem in children.
After feeding place your child in upright position for 15 minutes and tap his back slightly.
